Busilvex<sup>®</sup>

Busilvex® (IV busulfan) is a Pierre Fabre Oncologie drug, indicated as conditioning treatment prior to conventional haematopoietic progenitor cell transplantation (HPCT) in adult and in paediatric patients.

  • Busilvex® followed by cyclophosphamide (BuCy2) in adult patients.
  • Busilvex® followed by cyclophosphamide (BuCy4) or melphalan (BuMel) in paediatric patients.
